What advice seems to be working?

I have had no luck A/V chatting with my son about my new granddaughter. We can text but when we try either audio or video we get he did not accept or it times out on his side no matter who invites. He is on a Dell laptop what else I don't know but will find out. Is there a way of telling if the problem is on my side or his. Have tried changing QT and port to 443. Like others have said this router stuff is over my head. Here is my error log and __thanks in advance__ for any help.

Hi Ron,
This log (and they are vague) suggests the issue is at the other end.
You seems to have done the first steps at your end.
