IsTransactionDirty  in nested appmodule is different then in the parrent ?

JClient in version 10.1.3 we get different result then in v9. Currently a nested app that is dirty will return true but the parrent is returning false... Is this the correct results ????

Probably my problem is not clear. I know that the recovery key is changed when it is retreived from the self-service of HelpDesk portal but this is not my problem.
When the MBAM agent offers to encrypt a removable device because the policy setting 'Deny write access to removable drives not protected by BitLocker' is enabled or when the same policy setting is not configured and we start the encryption manually by using
the context menu you first must save or print the recovery key. I checked the recovery key with the command 'manage-bde -protectors -get e:' and I use SQL management studio to search for the recovery key (or ID). When the recovery key (ID) can not be
found in the database the recovery key in the saved file is the correct one. When the recovery key (ID) can be found in the database the information initially saved in the file BEFORE encrypting the removable device is not correct anymore. Probably the
recovery key is changed when the removable device is available.
I noticed the same behaviour with manually encrypting a fixed disk. After the encryption was completed I found only one revovery key (ID) in the database for the laptop and it was the key for the Operating system drive. With the policy setting for the auto
unlock feature set to require auto unlock I noticed a second recovery key was added to the database after some time.
Can someone explain this behaviour?
