I get "Download Error..." in Cloud when Downloading any Products

I get "Download Error.  Please press Retry or contact Customer Service" when attempting to download any of the Creative Cloud suite products.  Day 1 of my membership and I'm not getting very far.

Answers

Please try to perform following steps:
Delete AAMupdater folder from
            Win :
               C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\
           MAC :
               ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
Rename the opm.db file:
           Win:
              C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
           Mac:
             ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Note:
