Air bubbles on display

I purchased a 21.5" iMac a couple of weeks ago, and am noticing slight air bubbles on the display. Not overally visible during use, but on a black background very clear.
Is this a warranty issue?

Optionally if you bought it from an Apple Store or Apple Retailer, then return it for a refund or replacement.
